Robert Brush, CEO/Founder
Point One’s founder, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Robert Brush, is a retired EOD Master Chief, former Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) Master EOD Technician and a Master Training Specialist with 22 years of active-duty experience. As the CEO of Point One he leads 60+ Point One personnel each day to deliver the most comprehensive and relevant support solutions available to the Navy EOD community. Bob spent time in both Conventional and Special Operations EOD units in support of combat operations.
Mitch Hovenga, President
One of Point One’s founders, and current President, Mitch Hovenga, is a retired EOD Master Chief, and former Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) Master EOD Technician with 27 years of active-duty experience as well as an additional 14 years of service in contracted support to the EOD community. Mitch spent time in both Conventional and Special Operations EOD units in support of combat operations. Mitch is a company leader, consummate professional and brings tremendous experience to the team.
Michelle Brush, Chief Business Officer
One of Point One’s founders, and Chief Business Officer, Michelle Brush, is a retired US Navy Aerographers Mate (AG) with 22 years of experience. During her time in the Navy, she earned her business degree and worked in several positions as a business administrator before joining Point One. She has been a central part of the Point One team for more than a decade and has integrated completely into the EOD world as a result. Her expertise in the business world and the understanding she has developed is unmatched in this industry. No one understands the contract and business side of working with the government better than her.
Mark Witkowski, Vice President
Point One Vice President, Mark Witkowski, is a retired Navy EOD Master Chief, Master Training Specialist, and Master EOD Technician, with 26 years of active-duty experience as well as an additional 13 years of service in contracted support to the EOD community. Mark spent time in both Conventional and Special Operations EOD units in support of combat operations.
Rick Simmons, Vice President
Point One Commercial Vice President, Richard Simmons, is a retired Army EOD Sergeant First Class, Master Training Specialist, and Master EOD Technician, with 24 years of active-duty experience as well as an additional 13 years of service in contracted support to the EOD community. Rick spent time in both Conventional and Special Operations EOD units in support of combat operations.
John Carr, West Coast Director
Point One’s West Coast Director, John Carr, is a retired Navy EOD Master Chief, Master Training Specialist, and Master EOD Technician, with 30 years of active-duty experience as well as an additional 9 years of service in contracted support to the EOD community. John spent time in both Conventional and Mine Counter Measure EOD units in support of combat operations.
Jason Plunk, East Coast Director
Point One’s East Coast Director, Jason Plunk, is a retired EOD Senior Chief, former Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) Master EOD Technician and a Master Training Specialist with 24 years of active-duty experience as well as an additional 10 years of service in contracted support to the EOD community. Jay spent time in both Conventional and Special Operations EOD units in support of combat operations.
Nicole Bagozzi, Business Team Director
Point One’s Business Team Director, Nicole Guerrieri, manages all the business team functions for Point One to include sales and business development, IT support, Human Resources, Marketing and Website support, Equipment inventory, Security, Finance, Purchasing, and Accounting. She monitors and directs staff activities according to existing policies and collaborates with staff to ensure all company objectives and tasks are accomplished. She is a highly respected and a recognized expert in the field of business administration with more than 20 years’ experience.
